Graz CACIB, 2nd day
Blood is speeding in my veins, my palms are sweating, fingers are crossed, but I can’t help smiling. Berners are here, this is our day!
We are here to complete the Austrian Champion title for each of our berners. It won’t be easy, we are quite excited.
Think our grooming is outstanding – Erika Bajkó is the best groomer I’ve ever seen – and our ringwork is also unique.
They call the champion males, it Bosco’s turn. He works like an angel, extremly focused. I feel we are doing well. Bosco is flying with sound movement, the daily training seems to pay off. And yes, the judge congratulates, we won! Bosco is Champion of Austria!
On the top of this he won the CACIB title too, we are so happy!
But we still have to break the neck of the day. Our sweet Daisy comes in the open class. There are four dogs in this class, a Rummelsbach beauty, Bella Bambola and Be Happy von Grünemark and Daisy. How could we pull it in?
Daisy is superb, she is very enthusiastic, think we are good. The judge deals with us very briefly, going on the others at great length. We have to run again. What did he say? Move ahead? We’ll win it! Congratules! We won! Daisy is Champion of Austria!
We did it!
Daisy and Bosco are Champions of Austria!
In the afternoon, Bosco and Daisy are enrolled to the Best Pair competition. Since we won this category with our jacks on the previous day, our expectations were high. Finally our idea came true, our berners are the Best Pair of the second day!
We entered four dogs to Graz CACIB, each won its class and reached the top of the BIS podium. We couldn’t be more satisfied!
